If you wish to apply for a quote, view a sample policy application. Complete the application and forward it to a broker for submission. We provide our quotes free of charge.
If you wish to use your own broker who is not included in our listing, please e-mail our Business Development Manager at service@fcia.com who will be glad to contact your broker on your behalf.
