What you can view in FCIA’s secure online services:
For Multibuyer Policyholders
- Your policy buyer credit limits and pending applications for new and amended limits
- Your policy text and endorsements
- DCL information
- Eligible countries and country limits (if limits apply)
- Shipment reports and premiums received
- Claims filed and status
For Loss Payees
- Loss payees can view the above information on multibuyer policies where your financing entity has been named in the policy as the loss payee for all insured transactions
For Brokers
- View the above information on all of your active accounts
- Obtain summary information reports such as expiring policies and credit limits
- Obtain applications, forms, policy specimen and endorsements
- Obtain marketing materials and information on products and services
